About The Appreciative Way

The Appreciative Way was started by Rob and Kim Voyle as a Publishing and Training organization in association with the the Clergy Leadership Institute.

Our Mission

Our mission is to be helpful, humorous, and healing agents of transformation in the world.

We provide Appreciative Inquiry based Resources and Training to help people transform their lives and work places.

Spiritually Aware Training and Coaching

Our programs and resources are designed for people who want to use their psychological and spiritual understandings in their work and daily life.

We think it is a folly to ignore the client's and our own spiritual resources when coaching and working with people. At the same time we are not interested in imposing a specific perspective on our clients or demanding that they understand life as we do. On the Appreciative Way we make use of and enrich the spiritual resources the client brings to their life and work.

While some of our programs are designed for clergy, most of our programs are suitable for people who want to integrate their faith or spiritual perspective into their work.

Hosting a Training Event

Please contact Dr. Rob Voyle if you are considering hosting an appreciative inquiry training program for a group. We can provide Clergy, APA and NBCC continuing education programs at your location. Please check the list of Training Programs for currently available programs. We can also create programs to meet you specialized requirements.
