Just-In-Time Consultation Tele-Conferences
Many times when we are in a training program we don't know what we need to know until after the training and we are beginning to implement the new strategies in our home context. Follow-up teleconferences are an ideal way to get the "just-in-time" consultation you need to implement your learning.
Protect Your Training Investment
Attending a training program is expensive. Sadly, research shows that you will forget 85% of what you were taught within 2 weeks of the training program. The good news is that the research goes on to show that you can retain 85% of a training program by engaging with an ongoing group to discuss and implement what you have learned.
By participating in a teleconferences you are protecting your training investment by reinforcing and deepening your knowledge base.
Size Limited
Teleconferences are limited to 8 participants to allow maximum participation and engagement with the tutors and other participants.
Added Benefit
Participants in the year-long teleconference are eligible to re-take any residential class they have attended for a nominal tuition of $50 per 2.5 day segment. (Accommodation charges will still apply) Since the training material is continually evolving many participants have found it helpful to re-take a class to deepen their knowledge and expertise.
