These Tele-Conferences are for participants of our training programs who want to develop their skills through ongoing just-in-time consultation.

Just-In-Time Consultation Tele-Conferences

Participation in a tele-conference is a requirement for both our Certificate in Appreciative Interim Ministry and Certificate in Appreciative Coaching

Research on learning shows that people begin losing their knowledge following an intensive training as soon as the training ends unless it is reinforced and put into practice. The teleconference has proven to be an ideal way of protecting your training investment by reinforcing the learning and deepening your knowledge base as you implement your new skill set in real life situations.

Many times when we are in a training program we don't know what we need to know until after the training and we are beginning to implement the new strategies in our home context. Follow-up teleconferences are an ideal way to get the "just-in-time" collaborative support and learning as you need it.
