Ensuring Change is a Blessing

"People don't want to be changed they want to be blessed." Stephen Gilligan

Too often our planned changes create resistance and become unsustainable because people can not perceive how the change will be a blessing. In this Tele-Seminar we will explore how the church needs to get out of the change business and back into the blessing business.

Some of the topics covered in the Tele-Seminar are:

  • Understanding the nature of blessings.
  • Designing change to be a blessing.
  • Understanding the nature of resistance.
  • Strategies to resolve resistance.
